5G Didn’t Cause The Coronavirus And Conspirators Can Just ‘Shush’

coronavirus and 5G

Assumptions connecting telecoms networks to health matters have existed since the 3G era. Although few anticipated they would ever gain recognition like we are witnessing today. As the pandemic of COVID-19 is eradicating all the barriers in its way, conspiracy theories on social media platforms are soaring too. The fifth-generation (5G) internet and coronavirus theories recently also stormed the internet with its timid claims.

The circulating theories on 5G technology

Some peoples on social media are accusing 5G of creating the pandemic that has already infected over 1,940,650 people and killed over 120,916 people. The glaring question is how could telecom technology be responsible for the coronavirus?

Well, one variety of the theory says that in reality there is no COVID-19 coronavirus. To explain, those pieces of evidence the virus that one sees on TV; the testing that one sees prominent people are taking; that Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV2) those doctors and scientists seem to be fighting are nothing but a hoax. In a nutshell, the theory proclaims that the symptoms of COVID-19 are incited by the radiation of 5G.

Another type of 5G conspiracy theory states that radiation from 5G can undermine your immune system. Reciprocally, you are more readily infected by the novel coronavirus. Hence, the arrival of 5G is responsible for the inception and growth of SARS-CoV2.

Furthermore, another theory says, China is the pioneer of the fifth-generation (5G) internet, and has launched the largest 5G networks; therefore, the virus started from China.

Is there scientific evidence following these theories? Well, here is an illustration of the striking evidence that people are providing:

The claim of Eamonn Holmes

Some said to burn the 5G towers

Earlier, at the same elementary school, eight children have been diagnosed with cancer. The involved students at Weston Elementary School in Ripon are all below the age of 10. Besides, each has a different type of cancer.

Parents across the UK and the US demanding to shut down the 5G towers. Notwithstanding, there is insufficient evidence that towers caused cancer.

Is the theory about 5G true?

In a scientific world, everything needs a shred of solid evidence to get proved. However, the claims of internet intellectuals are not in line with scientific observations.

The medical director for NHS England, Professor Stephen Powis, called the relation between 5G and the COVID-19 “outrageous” and “absolute and utter rubbish.”

“The 5G story is complete and utter rubbish, it’s nonsense, it’s the worst kind of fake news,” said Powis. “The reality is that mobile phone networks are absolutely critical to all of us.”

“Those are also the phone networks that are used by our emergency services and our health workers and I’m absolutely outraged, absolutely disgusted that people would be taking action against the very infrastructure that we need to respond to this health emergency,” Powis added.

Furthermore, Simon Clarke, Associate Professor Cellular Microbiology at the University of Reading rebuffs the weakening of immune system theory. “The idea that 5G lowers your immune system doesn’t stand up to scrutiny,” Simon explains.

Moreover, several countries where 5G is not even operational are facing the worst crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Iran has no 5g it has only finalized regulations and the country witnessed thousands of cases. Similarly, Japan fully started 5G service after the arrival of COVID-19.

Intellectuals across the globe denied the theories.

How 5G works and is it dangerous?

The variation between 5G and prior generations of mobile services (4G, 3G) is that the 4G, 3G utilize lower radio frequencies, below the 6 gigahertz; whereas, 5G utilizes frequencies in the 30–300 gigahertz.

There’s not adequate strength in the 30-300 gigahertz range. Hence, it cannot break chemical bonds and remove electrons of human tissue. Therefore, this range is introduced as “non-ionizing” electromagnetic radiation.

Furthermore, it’s the federal government’s Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency approved the range. It has no negative health effects.

A human is exposed to radiation when he places a 5G mobile to his ear. Nevertheless, this exposure is well beneath the prescribed safety levels.

Moreover, the protein shell of the virus is inadequate to hijack 5G radio beacons. Radiation and viruses survive in varying forms that do not mix. Viruses are a biological aspect and 5G is the electromagnetic phenomenon.

As per WHO, “Viruses cannot travel on Radio waver or mobile networks.” WHO says, “COVID-19 is spreading in many countries that do not have 5G mobile networks.”

“COVID-19 spreads through respiratory droplets when an infected person coughs, sneezes or speaks. People can also be infected by touching a contaminated surface and then their eyes, mouth or nose.”

Thus, the conspiracy theory, saying 5G is responsible for the spread of novel coronavirus is nonsense. Scientific facts state there is no connection between the COVID-19 pandemic and 5g technology. The 5G technology will revolutionize the world, hopefully just for the good.
