A couple from Gujranwala, Shakeel Ahmed, and Sonia, recently got married and on their way back home from the ceremony, Sonia, his wife, demanded a goat of her choice for Eid-Ul-Azha as a‘mun dikhayi’ – (a post-wedding ritual which takes place on the same night in which the groom and his family gifts something to the bride as a token of welcoming her to the family. The gifts can vary from cash, gold, properties and what not). Yes, a GOAT.  The groom, Shakeel, agreed and made a stop over at a Mandi, near their house to fulfill his wife’s wish.

Not just that, but their trip was recorded for everyone to see and went viral on social media.
