Pakistani Teen’s Heart Transplant Journey in India: A Story of Gratitude

A 19- years old Ayesha Rashid’s journey from Karachi, Pakistan, to Chennai, India, for a life-saving heart transplant shows how people from different places can help each other. She had heart problems since 2019 and needed treatment. Dr. KR Balakrishnan and the Aishwaryam trust helped her get the surgery she needed, even though she didn’t have enough money.
