Actor Ghana Ali, who recently tied the knot with Umair Gulzar, has been relentlessly trolled on social media. The Sangdil actor, who never lets the trolling get to her, recently revealed that she has no regrets marrying an already married man.
The marriage announcement of Ali was followed by a barrage of harsh remarks on her husband’s physical appearance rather than congratulatory messages. Not only that but soon after her wedding pictures surfaced on social media, the actor came under fire for marrying a filthy rich man who turned out to be already married and a father.
Several reports claimed that Ali’s husband, Gulzar, is a businessman by profession, and a millionaire man who lives in Karachi with his first wife and a son. Apart from that, a Facebook user posted a few pictures of Gulzar’s first wife and son.
Upon doing some more digging, we also came across a social media account of Gulzar’s first wife. Turned out that the businessman had been married to his first wife for 5 years. Following the shocking revelation, netizens labeled the actor ‘homewrecker’. Ali also received a dollop of criticism on her nikkah pictures with netizens making mean comments on her husband’s looks.
In a Q&A session on Instagram recently, a fan asked the Sangdil actor why she married a married man. “Because it was in my destiny!” responded Ali. “I don’t regret it. He’s an amazing human being.”

It is not uncommon for social media bullies to abuse celebrities, but they will also target family and loved ones when they can. This specific form of online bullying is nothing new for Ali and her husband.
Despite constant online hate, Ali continues to share love-filled pictures with her husband on Instagram. Even better, she is not afraid to give the bullies a shut-up call every now and then in the comments section of her posts.
The Sangdil actor’s husband previously received fat-shaming comments by trolls when she posted their picture together. A comment under the post read, “Congratulations! Is he expecting?” However, the insensitive trolling did not sit well with actor Ahsan Khan. Enraged by the fat-shaming comment, Khan gave a befitting reply to the troll.
The same happened when Ali announced her pregnancy as trolls found yet another opportunity to troll the couple. Such comments clearly reflect envy, or how badly the person wants to get noticed by the celebrity.
