Okara witnessed a murder of a young man, named Arshad. Identified as Arashad, the citizen went into a dispute over the alleged use of Baaja (Horns). Moreover, the fatal incident took place on the eve of Independence Day.
Arshad, a resident of Okara went into a dispute with neighbors over kids playing the Baaja. However, the quarrel escalated quickly with Arshad receiving the blow.

Meanwhile, Islamabad authorities had previously banned the sale of the toy. Authorities warned over the use and sale of the toy, adding much to the noise pollution. However, toy stores still sold the noise pollutant. Though the authorities had warned of confiscation and possible actions against the seller.
