In a recent reflection on Pakistan’s cricketing greats, former fast-bowling legend Wasim Akram revealed his top three players from the nation’s rich history, graciously leaving himself out of the spotlight despite suggestions to include his name.
For his third choice, Akram honored his long-time bowling partner, Waqar Younis, highlighting the influence of Waqar on Pakistan’s cricket legacy. Akram noted that crafting a list of Pakistan’s finest would be impossible without including Waqar.
