Asad Bashir Khattak, the ex-husband of popular film actress Veena Malik, on Thursday accused her of smuggling his children to Pakistan. In a series of tweets making accusations against Veena Malik, ex-husband Khattak also shared her abusive and threatening call to him.
Khattak said in a tweet, which contains Veena’s abusive and threatening call to him, that Veena brought his US national children to Pakistan from Dubai using fake court orders and then shifted them to an undisclosed location.
He says that he is forced to expose the real face of Malik. As can be heard in the leaked call, Malik uses foul language and hurls threats at him. He questioned Veena’s decision to bring his children to Pakistan and asked, “Who made their passports and when?”
Taking to his Twitter, Khattak revealed he was forced to take legal action. In fact, even the Dubai court ruled in his favor, but Malik escaped. “This is just scratching the surface, the kind of language and threats you hear from this woman.”
Veena Malik can be heard threatening her ex-husband using abusive and filthy language. According to the details, the Pakistani actress and former host has been served with a Rs 500 million notice by Khattak for not letting him see his own children for over a year despite the court ruling in his favor.
Khattak emphasizes he has the right to all kinds of legal actions
Khattak revealed Malik’s real name is Zahida and that he has divorced her. Moreover, even the court gave him the right to meet the children. He emphasizes that he has the right to all kinds of legal actions.
In addition to this, he disclosed that both his children are US nationals. She not only betrayed him but also tricked the Dubai government into bringing the children to Pakistan.
The notice gives the Pakistani actress 10 days to tender an unreserved apology, resolve the dispute amicably, or face court proceedings. Sharing his children’s identity documents on Twitter, Khattak also requested the Pakistan interior ministry and FIA, and other agencies to take immediate action against Malik.
Malik also broke the silence on the matter, and declared that she has the patronage of keeping her children according to the law and sharia.
However, her former husband rejected her claim and shared another document.
On Thursday, Khattak also issued a defamation notice of Rs500 million to her for damaging his reputation and ‘unlawfully’ taking his children’s custody to Pakistan from UAE.
It may be recalled that Khattak and Malik were married on December 25, 2013, and have two children together. However, Malik divorced Khattak in 2017. The two continue to accuse each other after the divorce and have made various accusations against each other even before the child custody dispute.
