Another twist has emerged in Uzma Khan’s fiasco. A petition has been filed against Usman Malik and actress Uzma Khan for adultery, using drugs, and alcohol. Advocate Azhar Mehmood Khokhar has filed the petition under section 22-A and 22-B of Cr.PC.
Usman’s wife Amna Usman had revealed in her video that his husband and actress Uzma Khan had a physical relationship and they were also involved in drugs. However, a probe should be launched now as all her claims seem true, he said in the petition filed at the sessions court Lahore.
“Amna Usman in the video clearly accused her husband and Uzma of having an extra-marital affair and also for consuming drugs and alcohol. It is against the cultural and moral norms of Pakistani society. I being a responsible citizen want to file an FIR against them. I also want the authorities to arrest and take strict action against the culprits (Usman and Uzma),” he said.
Reportedly, the notices have been sent to the accused and have been called in the next hearing on June 20, 2020.
Hassaan Niazi also files case against Amna Malik
Meanwhile, Barrister Hassaan Niazi has also filed a petition against Amna Usman for accusing him of having a personal spat with real-estate tycoon Malik Riaz. He was fighting Uzma’s case before she dropped the charges against Malik Riaz’s family.
“I have sent [a] legal notice to Amina Usman Malik for the baseless allegations and desperate insinuations against me,” he said. He also said he would not compromise on his principles neither would bow down to any pressure.

Niazi backs down from Uzma’s case after she took the case back. There are rumors the actress has settle for money and has made a good deal out of it. She recently told police that it was just a misunderstanding and nothing as such happened at her home.
Uzma took back the case soon after Malik Riaz initiate legal proceeding against them and sent a defamation notice of Rs5 billion to Uzma and Niazi.
