Meet Mishma Nasir, A Guy Who Massively Transformed Himself!
Due to obesity in his genes, poor eating habits and absence of physical activity, Mishma gained weight rapidly.
Mishma was also bullied by a number of people because of physical appearance. Here’s what he shared with Parhlo.
“I used to get bullied a lot by my friends and sometimes by family as well. When I joined the gym, everyone used to make fun of me and discouraged me but I took all those discouragements and converted it into motivation.”
In the course of one and a half year, Mishma lost 65kgs out of 160 kgs. Upon stating this, here’s what he had to say:
“All the hard work, effort and struggles made me stronger day by day and I started believing in myself.”
Essentially, motivation does come from within. People will bully you, they will make fun of you. However, what matters the most is how you perceive yourself in addition to how much you care about your lifestyle and your image.
