Pakistan’s young couple Syra Yousuf and Shahroz Sabzwari recently got divorced after spending 8 years together. Their divorce has been making headlines after several cheating allegations on Shahroz. However, at one point the couple was head over heels in love with each other.
Shahroz has been grabbing headlines after moving on too quickly with her ex-wife. He recently got married to model Sadaf Kanwal who he started dating soon after his divorce with Syra.
Syra and Shahroz love story
Let go down memory lane and see when the couple couldn’t stop praising each other for being inseparable. Also, Syra said that she always knew that he will come back to her no matter what. Shahroz also claimed that they were always meant to be together.
The couple got married in the year 2012 after dating on and off for several years. “We met at a mutual friend’s wedding. I was 19 and she was 18. During events like the mehndi, dholkis, dance practices, I started to like her. Before that, I had seen her in a couple of ads and had thought to myself — who is this cute girl in town?,” Shahroz once said revealed in an interview.

The young couple started dating in 2006, their relationship saw its shares of ups and downs. Both, however, never completely broken things off. They both keep coming back to each other and eventually got married in 2012.
Shahroz also accepted the fact that Syra is way more mature than him.
Syra also told a local media once even during their break-ups, she knew they were made for each other. “He started dating again and went out with a couple of other girls. But I somehow knew he will come back to me,” she said.
While talking about the marriage proposal, Shahroz was more impulsive one. He said that he just wanted to get married without telling anyone. “Let’s go to the mosque and do it. We will let the families know later,” he said at that time. Syra was more composed and decided that involving the families is a better idea.
They were good together
“We experienced each other as friends first; then we grew apart and came back to one another. I believe we are good together,” Syra said.
Well, where Syra always believed that ‘they are always good together’, seems like her dreams have been shattered. She is clearly heartbroken after her divorce. She also recently said that she has learned a lot in the past few months. , Syra also discussed how she is coping up with the emotional divorce in a live session with HSY.
After Shahroz got married to Sadaf after many cheating allegations on him with the same model. Shahroz released a video message for his fans clearly stating that he never cheated on ex-wife Syra. He also said that he never wanted to divorce her but their some personal issue that couldn’t be resolved.
Still, the newlywed couple has been facing severe criticisms on social media after their nikkah.
