Syed Mohammad Ahmed Talks About Lack of New Ideas in Dramas and Films

Syed Mohammad Ahmed, a respected name in Pakistani dramas, is loved for his positive and heartwarming roles. Fans admire him in popular shows like Sunn Mere Dil and Aye Ishq e Junoon. Apart from being a talented actor, he is also a gifted writer who has created unique stories like the recent hit drama Kuch Ankahi.

During an interview on Gup Shab, Syed Mohammad Ahmed shared his concerns about the current state of Pakistani dramas. He said that most dramas today repeat the same old stories without offering anything meaningful. He disagreed with the idea that audiences don’t enjoy real and meaningful stories. He pointed out that dramas like Kabli Pulao and Mann Jogi were huge successes, proving that people appreciate good storytelling.

The actor also expressed his disappointment in Pakistan’s film industry. He said that filmmakers are not learning the true art of filmmaking. Instead, they copy Bollywood films, which he believes will not help the industry grow. While he was once hopeful about Pakistani films, he now feels that filmmakers lack the creativity and passion needed to produce original and high-quality movies.
