But there’s one show which everyone loved from the core of their heart. People even started watching that side of dramas too. The number one show on Netflix “Squid Game” is about to become real and will be played in the United Arab Emirates.
Yes! It’s happening and there’s no joke in it. Squid Game is one of the most-watched shows on Netflix that holds a mysterious story where a group of people gathered to play a game to win the big prize money. If you don’t survive then you lose your life for real.
But in reality, that’s not going to happen. The actual Squid Game will be staged in Dubai for the audience.
Squid Game Comes To Life-You Want To Join?
It’s big news for every Squid Game fan out there to hear about it. Because it never happened ever, turning a TV show’s game into reality.
According to the Dubai-based Korean Cultural Center the games, the games which were featured in the bone-chilling drama series, will be staged in Abu Dhabi.
Korean Cultural Center spokesperson said, “To match up to the worldwide popularity of ‘Squid Game’, the Korean series on NETFLIX, Korean Cultural Center in the UAE has organized an event that you can also enjoy the games played in Squid Game.”
The organizers are trying their best to provide the same feel, that’s why 15 players will participate with the donning t-shirts featuring the show’s logo.
On the other hand, the staff of the game will wear the same pink circle, triangle, and square costumes to look like the guards of the show.
Who Are Allow To Participate & What’s The Prize Money?
As per the participation acquirees, only UAE residents are allowed to participate in the game by filling the registration form (the deadline is closed). Candidates have to answer some basic questions related to the show.
Hundreds of registrations are entered, but not everyone will be selected. So, it’s an invite-only event those who receive emails from the organization are only allowed to participate.
Even the official website also states, “only invitees with a green pass can participate in the event.”
One thing they haven’t revealed yet and that’s the prize. Although they have stated, that there will be some prizes but there’s no hint or mention about it.
Games included in the event are ‘red light green light’, ‘Dalgona candy’ challenge, and paper flipping games ‘Marbles and Ddakji’.
Here people won’t sacrifice their life if they lose and that’s the biggest change in it.
Fun fact, the Squid game has been played in real life in Belgium’s school where kids beat up those who lost the game.
There’s no doubt, in a very little time Squid Game has become one of the most popular shows in the world and trending on Netflix. it looks like UAE residents are lucky to experience the Squid Game in real life.
