The Sindh High Court has issued a bailable arrest warrant for the CEO of K-Electric, the electricity provider for the Sindh capital.
According to the information, the lawsuit against K-Electric was heard in the Sindh High Court amid a period of power outages that caused difficulties for the parties in other instances.
Additional IG Javed Alam Odho was ordered by the Sindh High Court to execute the arrest warrant within one hour. In one hour, police must deliver CEO K-Electric before the court.
The Sindh High Court’s hearings of numerous cases were conducted in the dark, provoking the court’s anger.
Noteworthy is the fact that the police previously informed the Sindh High Court of the lack of progress in the recovery of the missing persons, prompting the Sindh High Court to express outrage.
Ten days ago, during the hearing of petitions connected to the recovery of ten missing persons, the High Court of Sindh expressed outrage at the lack of progress and directed law enforcement officials to expedite their efforts.
