Sadaf Kanwal’s father-in-law and veteran actor Behroze Sabzwari has put to rest all speculation regarding the possibility of the model being pregnant, stating that his daughter-in-law is indeed expecting her first child with his son Shahroz Sabzwari.
The veteran actor, who has worked in numerous hit plays and films to date, recently made an appearance on the Piyara Ramazan show. During a conversation on the show, Behroze confirmed the rumors while sharing the exciting news.
“Our daughter-in-law, Sadaf, is such a lovely child. I request for prayers for her because mashaAllah she is…,” after which Rabia interjects with, “She is expecting, isn’t she?” The actor then responded in the affirmative, followed by many congratulations from the host. “Think about it, I will become a grandfather at such a young age once again,” he jokingly added later on.
In connection with a recent conversation she had with the actor regarding giving Nooreh, his granddaughter from Shahroz’s first marriage to Syra Yousuf, more time to make up for not having been able to spend time with his son while he was growing up, the host asked the actor what his thoughts were.
“Will you give double the time now?” she asked. To this, the Yeh Zindagi Hai actor replied, “Yes, indeed. In fact, triple.”
“There is no bigger blessing than this,” he added. “Think about it, white people decided to call them ‘grand’ children. They could have called them anything otherwise.”

By the way, model Sadaf also recently opened up about her bond with her stepdaughter Nooreh for the first time, as well as addressed the controversial air regarding their wedding and broke the silence on where and how they met. Shahroz went on to thank the audience for pitching the potential idea that the duo could be real-life partners. The couple also revealed what attracted each other the most towards each other!
The couple recently sparked rumors of a pregnancy following a TV appearance in which Shahroz asked his wife to take care while coming out on stage. Sadaf also made headlines due to the exorbitant pricing of the items in her clothing line, with the actor-turned-entrepreneur charging Rs30,000 for a solid brown kurta-shalwar set that she wore on the same show.
It may be recalled that Behroze previously also opened up about his son’s divorce and second marriage. He spoke about the difficulties he and his wife had to face when Syra and Shahroz got separated. The Mera Naam Yousuf Hai actor also talked about his former daughter-in-law Syra.
