Actress and model Saheefa Jabbar Khattak recently opened up about her struggles with depression and how it’s impacted her weight in an honest interview with actor and host Faisal Qureshi. Speaking on Qureshi’s podcast, she shared the emotional challenges she’s been facing, which have left her unmotivated in both fitness and other areas of her life.

Saheefa Jabbar Khattak Shares Her Fitness Journey

In response to a question about her fitness journey, Saheefa admitted she hasn’t been able to keep a steady gym routine, noting a lack of motivation as a major hurdle. “If I do join a gym, I feel bad for not sticking with it,” she explained, adding that her recent weight loss has been unintentional and more tied to her mental health than any workout plan.

Saheefa has always talked about her life. She also spoke about the cosmetic surgery that she went through.

Saheefa spoke openly about the toll of being separated from her husband, who resides in Canada. “Being away from my husband, who is a wonderful person, has deeply affected me,” she shared. She said the distance has been especially hard because of her husband’s caring nature. “If he wasn’t such a good person, the distance wouldn’t hurt as much.”

Host Faisal Qureshi, who has met Saheefa’s husband, expressed his sympathy, agreeing that “He truly is a very good person.”
