Sindh govt has been doing a remarkable job in tackling the Novel Covid-19 Coronavirus since it emerged in the province 10 days ago. The deadliest pandemic of our times has now claimed over 15000 lives globally and it has not peaked yet.
On the frontlines in Karachi and the rest of the province, members of provincial govt have done justice to their offices. Leading from the front have been CM Sindh Murad Ali Shah, Senator Murtaza Wahab, and Sindh Education Minister Saeed Ghani.
In today’s most unprecedented and unfortunate news, Saeed Ghani has tested positive for Coronavirus. The Education Minister released a personal video message and confirmed the rumors that had been doing rounds.

“Since I had been out a lot, I had myself tested for Coronavirus and my results came back positive. However, I am still not feeling any symptoms of the virus at all. But I sure do have it,” said Saeed Ghani.
Saeed Ghani also urged anyone who had been in close contact with him to practice self-isolation, because by the time their symptoms show, it will be too late. Since yesterday, Sindh police have been actively forcing people to stay at home as well.
“I consider it my responsibility to inform people. So that those who came into contact with me can also quarantine and self-isolate themselves. I may have transmitted the infection to them,” he concluded.
