Four police officers has injured when a remote-controlled bomb went off in the Buner area of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province.
Police sources told Express News that the blast was aimed at a mobile police car from the Ambela checkpoint in the Konkoe area.
The cops say that a remote-controlled device was found near a police car and hurt four officers. As soon as police heard about the incident, they rushed to the scene and took the hurt people to a nearby hospital to get treatment.
Police went to the blast spot and collected evidence as they looked into what happened.
The area around the blast site was blocked off, and police are searching the areas nearby to find the people who did it.
There was another attack by robbers last month in the Kacha area of Rahim Yar that killed at least 11 police officers and hurt three others.

Attackers with rocket weapons went after police cars at Machhka Camp 2, where officers were taking turns working shifts. The camp was built to stop robbers from moving around the area.
About 25 thieves with heavy weapons attacked, burning police cars and killing 11 officers right there on the spot. Three more people were hurt.
Because of this, district police have been sent to the scene, led by District Police Officer Imran. Also, ambulances have been sent to the scene.
A spokesperson for the Punjab Police stated that rocket launchers were used to attack two vehicles coming back from their weekly duty in the Kacha area.
