However, all that changed when Telenor decided to respond to one of its customers and promised to resolve their issue. Earlier today, a frustrated customer in Khadda Market lashed out on Telenor for not getting 4G signals and threatened to switch to another service if his issue was not resolved.

To everyone’s surprise, Telenor actually responded to the customer…

However, it seems like the customer wasn’t falling for any false promises. So, he made sure to keep the entire world updated about service’s follow-up.

An hour later, the customer increased the pressure on the telecom company by tweeting a disturbing image…

To everyone’s surprise, yet again, Telenor responded and tried to control the situation…

The customer didn’t stop there. In an effort to gather an angry mob against the brand, the customer created a poll.

We have to appreciate Telenor for being brave enough to reach out to an aggrieved customer even though there was a clear risk of being bashed at. However, it still remains to be seen whether Telenor goes on to fulfill the promises that it makes.
