Debutant Century And Babar Azam’s Record Break

Babar Azam won the toss and decided to bowl first. It felt that the skipper made the wrong decision, but the bowlers didn’t let their team and fans disappointed. Before the series, Babar Azam didn’t happy with the selection team and took out his frustration as well.

Pakistani bowlers showcased their true class, when Shaheen Afridi dismissed openers and dismental the host.

The Proteas got stable when David Miller and Van Der Dusson played marvelous innings. Rassie van der Dussen scored debutant century. Since he debuted, two times he got dismissed in the nineties, but finally he did it this time.  

In the end, South Africa gave 274 runs target to the visitors. Pakistani batsmen started brilliantly in the beginning and Imam-ul-Haq played his true innings.

Fakher zaman disappointed with 8 runs, but when the skipper came things got changed.

The skipper Babar Azam talked to the media, “There was a little bit of pressure but we will learn from that, “I told them to bowl hard lengths and there was some swing as well,” “They took wickets in the power play and that helped us.”

And he also praised his bowlers, “I give credit to the bowlers as they restricted [South Africa].”

On the other side, South African Captain Temba Bavuma admitted, that the early dismissals cracked the confidence of the team.

“We didn’t help ourselves with our batting effort in the first ten overs,”
