Brendan Fraser’s outstanding performance in “The Whale” surely paid him off and walked away with the Best Actor award.

Even the remake of WWII All Quiet on the Western Front also won an epic award for the International film category.

Indian film RRR also made history with its first nomination and win in the best song category for the banger track “Naatu Naatu” from the film RRR.

Oscars 2023 Winners – Historical Night With Powerful Speeches

The 95th Annual Academy Awards 2023 was held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, California. The night was hosted by Jimmy Kimmel.

He began the show with his monologue, Kimmel joked in his opening monologue about the audience’s reaction to Smith’s attack last year. “If anything unpredictable or violent happens at the ceremony, just do what you did last year – nothing,” he told the crowd of A-list celebrities. “Maybe give the assailant a hug.”

Fraser’s winning speech was powerful, he highlighted some of the events that affected his acting and shed light on his absence from Hollywood.

“So this is what the multiverse looks like,” an emotional Fraser told the audience at the Dolby Theatre. “I started in this business 30 years ago, and things – they didn’t come easily to me, but there was a facility that I didn’t appreciate at the time until it stopped.”

Michelle Yeoh, last night became the first Asian Woman to win the award in the Best Actress category for his tremendous performance in “Everything Everywhere All at Once”.

And the big award of the night Best Picture was also handed over to the Everything Everywhere All at Once team. It was predicted that this film would sail with golden ladies and they did.
