Pakistani pacer Naseem Shah is all set to make a comeback after a year. Additionally, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced a test squad for the series against Bangladesh.
Pakistan will play a test series against Bangladesh at home. Furthermore, Shan Masood will be captaining the national squad, and Saud Shakeel will act as vice-captain. Meanwhile, the biggest shock was the dropping of Imam Ul Haq from the squad. Imam has been a consistent player since 2022. Ex-Captain Babar Azam is in his place due to his consistent performance.

Drop of Shaheen from vice- captain came with PCB’s strategic maneuver. Furthermore, PCB seeks to ease the burden on Shaheen Afridi.
Meanwhile, the test squad also includes fast bowler Mohammad Ali, and better Muhammad Hurraira. The selection came by with the duo’s consistent performance in domestic play. Furthermore, the squad also includes wicket-keeper batsmen, Muhammad Rizwan, and Sarfraz Ahmed.
