Motorway Incident: Suspect Waqar-Ul-Hasan Surrenders, Denies Involvement In Rape Case

The motorway rape case has left many souls wrenched, and others grieved. However, Punjab Police identified the culprits of the case after the DNA samples.

Nevertheless, recently, one of the main culprits surrendered himself before the police. He said that he has no involvement in the motorway rape case.

According to media details, one of the two suspects, Waqar-ul-Hassan, surrendered and denied all charges against him.

Reportedly, the accused, Waqar appeared at CIA police station in Lahore Model Town. He surrendered a day after the police identified him and his accomplice, Abid Ali.

Meanwhile, the relative of Waqar-ul-Hassan, Abbas is also involved in the case. Likely, the investigation team will interrogate him.

As per the government, the mobile phone data of suspects Abid Ali and Waqar-ul-Hassan was recovered via geo-fencing. Besides, the police teams are persistently carrying out raids to apprehend the felons.
