Following the Supreme Court’s (SC) verdict Monal restaurant has announced its closure. Furthermore, Monal took it to social media for the appreciation and love they have received over the years.
Monal is located in the Margalla Hill National Park. Apart from its great cuisine, its enchanting location is what attracted the visitors the most. However, SC has directed the closure of all restaurants operating in National Parks.
Additionally, following the SC’s verdict, Monal announced its closure on 11 September 2024. In a statement, following the order Monal management stated “It’s time to say Goodbye. As per Honorable SCP directions, we are closing on 11/09/2024.”

Furthermore, they added, “Since 2006, It was an absolute pleasure for the Monal family to serve and showcase a positive image of Pakistan and it’s beautiful people. This journey was full of success stories and emotions for the team affiliated with us but now its time to say goodbye.”
