Mob Lynching Incident In Hazara Town Quetta – What We Know So Far?

At least 11 men have been arrested for lynching Bilal Noorzai and two others in Quetta’s Hazara Town. According to reports, the police identified them with the help of a video.

An angry mob brutally lynched the three young men following which situation got tenses in the area. The mob reportedly brutally beat the three men. Bilal Noorzai, as a result, died on the spot while the other two were critically injured.

Besides, Senior Suprident of Police (SSP), Tariq Illahi Mastoi has also suspended five cops of the area including SHO.

What actually happened no one knows. However, several unconfirmed versions are doing rounds on social media.  According to some reports, the boys allegedly had harassed a woman.

Meanwhile, an eye-witness account suggests that a Hazara man had purchased Vitz (car) and the boys were there to receive only payments.

However, these are just unconfirmed reports. Besides, an alleged video of the incident is also going viral on social media.

According to Governor Balochistan Jam Kamal Khan, the provincial government is investigating the tragic incident and a case has been registered in this regard. He took to Twitter and said the injured men would be treated in Karachi.

What led to the brutal treatment of the three boys will be ascertained after the probe is complete. Meanwhile, the people in Pakistan are shocked and saddened after the three young men were brutally lynched in Hazara Town.

Meanwhile, a protest was also staged outside the CM House with the victim’s body.

To sum up, the sad incident has brought misery in the city of Quetta. People of the land are demanding justice and an impartial inquiry of the violent lynching. Moreover, this is not the first time that we have come across such an incident. A powerful man had killed Jibran Agha, a young 17-year-old boy, in Quetta.
