Pakistan’s Tamgha-e-Imtiaz recipient Mehwish Hayat has recently shared an inspirational poem which she credited it to Allama Iqbal. However, it wasn’t actually Iqbal’s poem but infact Muhammad Ismail’s creation.
Mehwish Hayat, who is in self-isolation amid the coronavirus pandemic, has been treating her fans with adorable photos, videos and inspirational quotes on social media. The actress always stays in headlines with everything she does. This time she wrongly attributed the poem calling the wrath of keyboard warriors.
However, Hayat soon realised her mistake and posted a rectification tweet. She said she copied the poem from the internet which sourced Allama Iqbal.
But, on the other hand, Hayat stunned in her latest photo she shared on social media with the poem. In the picture, the actress could be seen smelling the fragrance of flowers in her hands with closed eyes.
Correction, I have been reliably informed that these verses attributed to Allama Iqbal are in fact by Muhammed Ismail . Proves google is not always a reliable source. lol

Twitter erupts after Hayat’s mistake
The post has won the hearts of many Hayat’s fans, while many are also criticising her for the lack of Urdu knowledge. This is not the first time she was criticized for her actions. Her Tamgh-e-Imtiaz became a talk of the town when announced by the government.
It also shows Ur utter lack of understanding –zooq– in Urdu poetry.
Hmm, Well, beautiful girls don't need that anyway.

Ma'am Google is just a search Engine, it is never a source of the contents. It merely searches and prioritizes the sources of info you are looking for !!!

Hayat is also using her social media platform to create awareness amongst people about the novel coronavirus. Pakistani superstar has said that she is holding on to hope when everything seems dark. It is the greatest test of faith.
