Punjab’s Chief Minister, Maryam Nawaz, visited Pakistan’s hero, Arshad Nadeem, in his hometown of Mian Channu. Furthermore, abiding by her promise, Maryam, on behalf of Punjab’s government, awarded Arshad a cheque of Rs. 100 million.
Meanwhile, Maryam Nawaz reached Mian Channu via her helicopter. Moreover, she gifted Arshad a Honda Civic, with a special number plate, PAK-9297. Furthermore, Maryam met Arshad’s family and shared a moment with his mother. Celebrating the occasion on X, Mayram wrote, “The heights that a mother’s prayers take a person to!” Maryam Nawaz further added, “Well done, Arshad Nadeem.”

Additionally, Punjab’s CM also handed over a cheque to Arshad’s coach, Salman Butt, worth Rs. 5 million. In addition to the news, the Government of Pakistan is to honor Arshad with Hilal-e-Imtiaz, the highest civilian award. Meanwhile, the Pakistan Athletic Federation has announced a pilgrimage package for Arshad Nadeem, and his family.
