Another ball goes into the National Accountability Bureau (NAB)’s court as the Sharif Family is again in the news after a short pause. Earlier this morning, Maryam Nawaz was arrested from Kot Lakhpat Jail where her father Disqualified Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had been sentenced. According to sources, NAB had called Maryam Nawaz today but she didn’t show up. Later when she visited Kot Lakhpat Jail to meet her father, NAB arrested her from there and it seems like Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) is left with no leadership. It is believed that the arrest was made on the basis of Chaudhry Sugar Mills Case.
