I’m Certainly Not Regretting My Decision To Come To KEF 2017.

After being stuck in traffic for around 30 minutes and looking for parking for another 20 minutes, I finally reached KEF at the Frere hall at about 7 pm. Didn’t really keep my hopes high because of the horrible rainy experience I had last week, still, a tiny ray of hope took me to KEF once again on Friday the 20th of January. Without wasting a single minute, I quickly got inside and glanced around to see where I wanted to begin my foodventure. Here are some of the stalls that i went to.

(The order of the stalls given below is not in any way of a representation of a “best-to-worse” sequence)

1. MEAT ONE

If you were thinking of ignoring the meat one stall. You might wanna think again! Their chicken drumsticks were everything you could ask for! Seasoned and cooked to perfection, I was really happy to start off with something as good as this. I knew from the very moment I ate from this stall, that I’m certainly not regretting my decision to come to KEF 2017.
Additional items in their menu: samosas, mutton chops, and chapli kebabs

This stall was calling my name! The savory aroma of the bbq definitely caught my attention. The menu offered: afghani pulao, namkeen rosh, and namkeen boti. I ordered the namkeen boti right away! What a TREAT! Loved every bit of it!

3. BURNS ROAD WITH LOVE

How can one go to KEF and miss this stall? Right next to Peshawar, we had the burns road stall offering us tempting bun kababs!!! I even took some home because that’s how irresistibly good they were!
In addition to the bun kababs, you just can’t and you shouldn’t miss out on their AHMAYZING kulfi!!

4. G.R PREMIUM CATERING

I thought I’d never go to this stall until I passed by and saw some freshly fried prawn tempuras! I immediately got my hands on them and oh my GOD!! The sauce and the prawn tempuras were the most flavorful combo I have experienced at KEF, so far! If you love prawns, this is something your taste buds would thank you for! Trust me!

5. LIMCA

If you’re tired of walking and you feel like hydrating yourself, you should definitely consider visiting this stall. Right next to the FM91 booth I could see some attractive drinks being poured out. I tried the lychee one and absolutely loved it! A BIG thumbs up to them!

6. NAAN SAHAB

The chicken cheddar melt of naan sahab definitely deserves to be on this list! It was as good as it sounded. The given name is perfect because it really did melt in my mouth!! My friends attacked it as soon as I got my hands on it, needless to say, I had to get more for myself later.

7. THE WAFFLE CART

After eating so much, I still managed to make some space for dessert because obviously ZARURI HAI. Got their classic waffles and I think I’m still lost in how flavorful and Nutella-full those waffles were!

8. PEAK FREANS

Being the foodie that I am, I went for a second-round of desserts too! Peak Freans had a nice variety of both savory and sweet items, but seriously, you need to try their chocolicious smores in a jar! foodgasm! And its only for 50rs!Hehe.

I couldn’t have had a better day! Being surrounded with good food with good people does make you happy!
Would I go again to have the mentioned items above? DEFINITELY!

Oh and I don’t regret the calories!!!!
