Sindh High Court (SHC) has denied bail to Karsaz Road Incident’s main culprit, Natasha Danish. Moreover, the decision came in light of the evidence presented. Moving forward, the evidence presented to the court cited Natasha’s British passport and driving license.
The prosecutor general cited concern about the culprit running away. So, the court decided not to grant bail to the main culprit. Additionally, the court cited that such evidence can not be ignored. Furthermore, the court mentioned the prosecutor’s remarks over the FIR not being booked under the CNS act.

Meanwhile, it should be mentioned that the victim’s family has already forgiven the culprit. Adding to the news, the family has notified that they have no problem with the culprit’s bail.
Even more, the prosecutor mentioned that the magistrate may have turned a blind eye to essential evidence.
