Natasha Danish, the driver culprit of the Karsaz incident, has recently been pardoned by the victim’s family in the name of Allah.
Over the last month, Natasha Danish was arrested for the Karsaz road accident. Natasha was involved in a fatal car accident. Moreover, driving a Land Cruiser, she crashed into three bikes and a car. Additionally, a father-daughter duo was killed.
Meanwhile, a special investigation team arrested Danish Iqbal, Natasha’s husband, over his alleged involvement in the accident. However, Danish was later released on bail.
Moving ahead, August 28th marked a turn of events, when IG police notified Natasha’s use of crystal meth. Furthermore, Natasha was under the influence while driving the car. Nevertheless, police registered a separate FIR against Natasha under Section 11 of the Probation Order of 1979 – drinking liable to tazir.
Following all the turns of the case the Defence Council bailed Natasha and her husband for Rs100,000 and Rs50,000.

No Diyat Paid
While the case is set for Monday, a new turn of events has taken place. Barrister Aziz Ghouri, the lawyer of the deceased family, stated that Diyat (blood money) ordered by the court has not been paid. Simultaneously, the grieving loved ones of the disease have forgiven the culprits, in the name of Allah.
Additionally, he stated that an affidavit has come to light, outside the court forgiving the culprits. “[They have forgiven the suspect] out of court in the name of Allah” the diseased lawyer stated.
Surprisingly, Defense Council Qureshi stated his absence over the information of any kind. Additionally, not being aware of any compensation paid to the diseased family.
