It’s official! Aima Baig and Shahbaz Shigri got engaged in front of their families and friends at a private ceremony. The couple had announced their engagement on social media on March 20.
Photographer Maha Wajahat Khan took to social media to post pictures and videos from the ceremony. Meanwhile, she shared a video of the moment when the two exchanged engagement rings.
Actors Hania Aamir and Ali Rehman Khan and singer Uzair Jaswal also attended the ceremony. Both Rehman and Jaswal co-starred with Shigri in 2010’s indie film Slackistan.
Meanwhile, Baig’s friends, models Abeer Rizvi, Areeba Habib, and actor Hira Mani also congratulated her and Shigri on the engagement on Instagram.
Baig and Shigri have been together for quite some time. She announced her relationship on Nida Yasir’s show in 2020.
The couple often posts lovingly about each other on social media. Baig recently to took to Instagram to share an adorable picture of herself with Shigri on Eid.
Baig’s sister’s also got married last year at a colorful wedding event. Well, let’s see now after two happening engagements when Baig and Shigri will tie the knot too. We wish them a happy life together ahead.
