Imran Ashraf is surely one of the actors who have involved himself in a character that people loved so much and it has always been impossible to separate him from his characters. His performances have always been loved and appreciated throughout the entertainment industry.
The actor himself revealed, “Yes! I shaved my head on screen for my character Bao while filming Dum Mastam,” wrote Ashraf in the caption of a behind-the-scenes video he shared from the sets of the film on his Instagram.
“For the love of acting, it happened [for the] first time [in] this part of the world. It was one of the reasons I took a gap after Raqs e Bismil, [before starring in] Badzaat.”
“I will keep on trying to get your love hamaisha (always). Please go watch Dum Mastam,” he urged.
For those who don’t know, Dum Mastam is a rom-com directed by Mohammed Ehteshamuddin and produced by Adnan Siddiqui and Akhtar Hasnain under Cereal Entertainment. Written by Amar Khan. The film was released in cinemas on Eid.
