Humaima Malick is all set for her debut in Indian Television Industry with the same show she debuted on with in Pakistan Television Industry.
Humaima Malick debuted in Bollywood last year with the movie Raja Natwarlal, starring opposite to Emran Hashmi. However, the movie failed to receive the anticipated response.
According to the media, Humaima Malick who debuted with the Pakistani movie Bol, in the year 2011, will be seen on the Indian television with the daily soap, ‘Ijaazat’.
The show will be aired on the Pak-India TV collaboration Zee Zindagi TV. The channel has also recently aired one of the most popular dramas of Pakistan, Humsafar starring Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan.
The daily soap Ijaazat will represent Humaima Malick in the character of Pares Usmani, who creates a love triangle between the lead pair in the soap. Humaima Malick debuted in Pakistani television industry with the same show, ‘Ijaazat’.
Ijaazat revolves around the story of Sahil, a film director and his writer wife, Seep. The couple is shown madly in love with each other, until Seep writes about a girl ‘Diya’ who perfectly fits her husband’s ‘dream girl’ character. The husband, Sahil desperately searches the right girl to play the role of Diya and then he meets Pares (Humaima Malick) and gets smitten by her resulting in troubles in his and Seep’s marriage.
