“I was never the sort of guy who would go through his DMs,” says the YouTuber. “But one day it occurred to me that let’s just explore that area of my Instagram. So, that is what I decided to do. The plan was to open the DMs and to scroll and randomly place my finger on one and that is exactly how I opened Ayesha’s message.”

“I was just appreciating his work because his videos made me really happy, so I was just being honest,” chimed in Beig.

“Luckily for me, her profile was public,” added Jafry. “I went through all of her pictures in two minutes. I was like ‘Whoa, this person is really really good looking’.”

“He added me on Snapchat instantly,” said his wife.

‘She is real’

“I thought this was sort of a fanpage of a Russian or Turkish model,” he continued. “Because I thought how could somebody be so good-looking and message me. It took her one month to send me her first snap.”

“When I got her first snap, I was like, ‘Whoa, she is a real person who looks like that’,” he emphasized. “I saw her on Instagram but I was afraid of being catfished. We then started speaking every day and fell in love pretty quickly.”

Since Jafry lived in Lahore, but Beig lived in Islamabad, the pair had a long-distance relationship, with the former visiting her quite often.

The couple recently tied the knot in an extravagant wedding ceremony that was attended by several members of the YouTube community including influencers Sham Idrees and Zaid Ali.

While Pakistanis adore Jafry for his hilarious content, which is more than often, way too relatable for all his desi viewers, one thing lately ruffled their feathers. As the couple jetted off for a honeymoon in the Maldives, social media users were not happy with the YouTuber sharing private pictures and videos. They had to deal with quite some criticism and trolling online.

The YouTuber previously also came under fire on social media after a picture from the event started doing the rounds which showed a sign prohibiting the entry of drivers and guards inside the venue.
