And they ask you about the spirit. Say: The spirit is from the command of my Lord, and you are not given aught of knowledge but a little – Quran (17:85)
Beginning with this Quranic verse in which our beloved The Almighty Allah has clearly stated that human being is his best creature that he has made. And we as his superior living being has a big obligation on us of taking care of his blessing, the life that he has blessed us with. Have we ever thought once that are we taking care of his blessing in a way as we were supposed to do?
I’m sure many of us trail the similar trend of not being grateful in our good times and questioning him when life starts challenging us. Usually, we all get disheartened when we didn’t get what we have demanded. But have we ever thought that what about those who have nothing but they are happy and still they‘re gratified that at least they lived one more day. It is just for the reason that they know they have nothing to lose and they’re strong believe in God is something that is helping them to survive daily with a bunch of new hopes.
Our beloved Prophet (SAW) said: “Look at those people who have less than you and never look at those who have more grants than you, this will ensure that you will not depreciate Allah’s favors” (Muslim)
As it is evident from his saying that whenever you face a moment of dissatisfaction never compare your present day with someone’s else since you never know either that person is actually glad about his existing or not. Furthermore, every individual has its own inclinations and their own peculiar wish list. And who else not wishes to have a perfect life but we often overlooked the reality that life is a sea-saw between happiness and worries. It can never be perfect. Each day we all are struggling with our own troubles in some or other way.
He is the Creator of this world alone and also He is The Most Merciful for all His humankind. In Holy Quran, Allah Almighty says: “And remember! Your Lord caused to be declared: If ye are grateful, I will add more unto you” (Quran, 14:5-7)
Enlightening his magnificent saying we should always reminisce that our life is his blessing and it absolutely belongs to him. And we have to justify it wholly. Nobody knows how many days or how much time they have. Maybe it’s your last day or maybe the second you are breathing is your last one. So stop accusing your life, take a minute to reflect back to the past year and compare it with your current. You will assuredly recognize a massive difference. As nothing stays static but it just charges you a bit of tough time and trials your patience.
For instance, no one can be a billionaire in a night & similarly, you can’t get everything that you have desired for. Everything has its own destined time. Likewise the time of the birth of a newborn to the spell of somebody living in this world. Therefore before getting dishearten and blaming our lives just take a moment of pause and count all blessings you have got even those you haven’t asked for. Thus, in a nutshell, we all need to be just stay optimistic with a lot of patience. As miracles take time but it does happen!!
