Here’s All You Need To Know About the Anti-BlueWhale App Developed by a 18-year-old Pakistani

Waseem Gul, an 18-year-old entrepreneur, initiated a startup in 2013. He created an Android App (Watch and Earn) through which people could earn money simply by watching videos. His app Watch and Earn had around 150k users worldwide and he claims that he made PKR 1 million with it but later app’s Adsense account got banned. He then recreated the same concept but launched it with a new name “Gul Soft – Watch and Earn.

He did his matriculation from Forward Model School and he is currently doing Pre-Engineering. He was always considered to be a tech geek. Waseem believes in experimentation and is a self-taught person. He always though Google to be ‘his only problem solver’.

About Anti-BlueWhale App – How does it work?

This app is completely against Blue Whale Challenge Game (Suicide Game). He created this app to make people realize the importance of life. The app design replicates BlueWhale’s, but tasks are different. This app also includes 50 tasks but all the tasks are designed to bring positivity in one’s life. He uploaded his app on Media Fire

What inspired him to come up with this app?

He started research on Blue Whale Challenge 1 week ago and then he decided to create the same game, same design but with different tasks. Some of the tasks are listed below:

Tasks:

*Do 10 Pushups

*Wake up at 6:00 am

*When you wake up, Don’t move from the bed for 10 minutes

*Touch your nose using your right thumb.

And some of them are Funny

*Slice a fresh onion and try not to cry while doing it

*Eat a donut but don’t lick your fingers/lips afterwards

*Eat 1 BIG tablespoon of pure ketchup (don’t do it if you are allergic-use mustard *half spoon*)

Some of them are to help others

*Help your parents with a household chore

*Remember – Helping others without interest is cool

*Do something special today (Example: Buy food for homeless, help your siblings)

And here is the last task (Day 50)

*Congratulations you have become a Smart BlueWhale. Remember your life is a precious gift don’t waste it on strange challenges you find on the internet. The world is full of strange people, some of them will try to scare you in order to make you do odd things, if something like this happens to you, inform your parents or adults that you trust. His future plan is to continue spreading positivity and healthy mental mindset through technology.
