Pakistan is recovering from the coronavirus. After a long five-month lockdown, Pakistan is opening its businesses across the country. As per the announcement of the Federal Minister for Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives Asad Umar restrictions on the hospitality and recreational sectors have been lifted from today. Bill Gates lauds on how Pakistan had handled the COVID-19 situation throughout.
Meanwhile, all restaurants and local beauty salons have been opened from today as the efforts against the coronavirus pandemic seem to bear fruit. Also, indoor gyms and sports clubs will also start serving people.

Bill Gates acknowledges Pakistan’s flattened COVID-19 curve
COVID-19 cases are decreasing in the country and Pakistan is back on its track. It is an achievement. Now the Microsoft founder Bill Gates is also recognizing the country’s flattened COVID-19 curve. Gates said the young population helped Pakistan amid coronavirus.
In an interview with CNN, Gates discussed the coronavirus situation in Karachi, and how Pakistan dealt with it.

Earlier, Gates also lauded Pakistan’s efforts in the fight against the Covid-19 outbreak in a telephonic conversation with Prime Minister Imran Khan.
PM Imran also shared how Pakistan made all-out efforts to combat the coronavirus pandemic with a robust and coordinated response. They also discussed the latest developments surrounding the country’s response to the pandemic.
Gates’s positive words and lauding for Pakistan as it handled COVID-19 cases are a testament to the fact of how a visionary leader thinks about pro-poor and their protection during testing times. Thanks to what Prime Minister Imran Khan did to deal with COVID-19, Pakistan is now being acknowledged globally. And, Pakistanis are able to go out and continue their lives after the lockdown.
