The new celebrity couple Minal Khan and Ahsan Mohsin Ikram got officially engaged on Friday night in a lavish engagement ceremony. Following their engagement, the sassy couple held a fun post-engagement party for their close friends, and fans are not happy!
The stars took to social media to give a sneak peek of the engagement ceremony, with Khan initially having teased fans with a picture from their pre-event photoshoot. Soon, the pictures started pouring in, featuring a couple of the hour posing with friends and family. The couple was all smiles and looked happy and in love in the photoshoot.
Later that night, the couple threw an after-party that was full of fun, laughter, and brought together bright stars of media and showbiz. Based on the pictures, the engagement party’s theme appears to be a vintage retro party, with everyone dressed in black from head to toe. The newly engaged couple made their entry in a vintage car and were setting the floor on fire.
It was an evening full of celebrations for the engaged couple, of course, including friends and celebrities. Stars including Areeba Habib and Saboor Aly alongside her fiance Ali Ansari and many more.

Many congratulatory messages for the newlywed couple began pouring in the comments section. However, after snaps and videos of the post-engagement party began surfacing, fans and followers were not happy.
One video, in particular, ruffled the feathers of social media users. In the video clip, Ikram can be seen shaking a bottle, spraying the drink, and drinking it. According to users, the celebs indulged in drinking ‘alcohol’ and are spreading debauchery.

In May, the couple announced their baat pakki, letting the world know they are ready to spend the rest of their lives together. Taking to Instagram, Khan wrote, “Here is to forever. To the love of my life, you’re the easiest yes I’ve ever said!” Similarly, Ikram wrote: “Here is to forever. I promise to love you till my last breath!”
While they had already hinted at being engaged with a subtle post on Valentine’s Day the couple never explicitly said so. Back then, Ikram shared a photo on Instagram of his now-fiancée Khan donning a ring on her finger.
