Though fans have been curious about what is happening between Sajal Aly and Ahad Raza, speculations about the couple splitting seem to have cooled as fans hold an online celebration of their second wedding anniversary.
The discussion on the couple’s separation began when Sajal was promoting her film Khel Khel Mein alongside Bilal Abbas Khan, but her husband was nowhere to be seen. Many wondered why Ahad was absent from the premiere of his wife’s latest film.
The absence of her husband Ahad at his sister-in-law’s (Saboor Aly) wedding added fuel to the fire. Sajal and Ahad are rarely seen together in public as of late. Despite not being much active on social media, the couple has been under the spotlight ever since they tied the knot.
Ahad and Sajal tied the knot at a destination wedding in the UAE in 2019. Pakistani showbiz industry’s ‘it’ couple have fondly spoken about each other on several occasions. However, rumors about the lovebirds parting ways have been making headlines for a while now.
The second wedding anniversary of Sajal and Ahad is today, March 14. Although the couple does not appear to be celebrating, fans are nevertheless making the day special.
Anniversary wishes for the couple online
It may be recalled that Ahad took to social media last year and shared a picture with his wife, thanking everyone for wishes on their first anniversary.
“I know it’s a little late, but thank you to everyone, especially our fans who made our first anniversary so special,” the Ehd-e-Wafa star wrote on Instagram as he posts a picture with Sajal. “We really felt like you celebrated with us.”
“To those of you who took our anniversary as an opportunity to do some good for our environment, it was the best gift ever,” he added. However, both of them chose to remain silent this year.
While fans are curious about what is going on between the duo, their speculations about the couple splitting seem to grow stronger every day. At the promotion of her film Khel Khel Mein earlier, Sajal answered a paparazzi who asked about Ahad’s absence. However, fans were not convinced by her response.
In another rumor mill turn, Sajal’s brother commented under Ali Ansari’s Instagram photo in a cryptic way, leaving social media users wondering if he tried to throw shade at Ahad.
Although neither Ahad nor Sajal have addressed the ongoing and rife separation rumors, we sincerely hope that everything is okay between the couple. We certainly do not want to see another celebrity couple split up.
