ECP has updated its website, notifying 39 MNAs as PTI members. Moreover, the election watchdog confirmed their compliance with the Supreme Court’s ruling. However, ECP has stated that it will consider flaws in the process.
The Supreme Court had reversed the Peshawar High Court’s decision. Furthermore, the apex court stated that symbol removal does not necessitate political legitimacy.
