The biggest gaming conference in the world, ready to set this year “E3 2021” and that’s what highlights in reel. In 2020, due to CoronaVirus the E3 event cancelled and no update came up.
But this time, there’s no chance of delaying it or postponing such a big event. E3 2021 confirmed by the organization and that’s what every gamer waiting for it.
One of the most hyped event in the gaming industry, where gamers invest their money and time to just have live experience of their favorite gaming franchise.
E3 2021-Let The Event Begin:
For those of you, who don’t know about the E3 and its purpose then you stopped at the right place. E3 a conference or say exhibition, where new, well-established and elite game developers, publishers, and manufacturers showcase their new upcoming AAA titles.
E3 considered one of the most expenisve gaming event in the world and that’s the true reality.
The venue changed, no more Los Angles this time, E3 2021 would be digitally streamed. Everyone would get access to join the event and watch it without paying anything.
Meaning every single gamer will get access to watch the live mega-event sitting back at their home and it seems interesting. The organizers would have charged for the online viewers, but instead, there’s no VIP fee or paywall.
Till now Xbox, Nintendo, Capcom, Konami, Ubisoft, Take-Two, Warner Bros., and Koch Media confirmed the list of participants in the event. EA, Activision, and Sony would be absent ones, that’s not something new for those who follow the E3 event.
The organizers haven’t updated regarding the event details yet, but fans expecting some AAA trailers and new titles reveal.
Will it affect in the same way as the Past E3 events?
E3 became a home for game companies to announce their titles, attract a vast audience and create hype among gamers. Here games companies get mainstream coverage and let’s not forget, that’s the event where PS4 introduced and games like Cyberpunk 2077(the game everyone waited for it and no comments).
With the announcement of cancellation last year, most of the people predicted that there won’t be another E3 in the future.
Regarding the prediction and rumors Stanley Pierre-Louis (one who runs ESA) said,
“For more than two decades, E3 has been the premier venue to showcase the best that the video game industry has to offer while uniting the world through games,”
“We are evolving this year’s E3 into a more inclusive event, but will still look to excite the fans with major reveals and insider opportunities that make this event the indispensable center stage for video games.”
PS5 Skipping Again:
Second year running Sony ditched the E3 event, that’s nothing usual for all the fans out there. As per the organizers, “While, much like previous years, Sony does not plan to participate in E3, we continue to focus on delivering the leading and reimagined showcase for video game news, announcements, reveals, networking and interactivity that has made E3 a beloved experience for decades.”
