Pakistan Cricket has done it again, Babar Azam and his young fellow mates demolished the South Africa team players to secure the first T20 victory and the 100th win.
Pakistan cricket team undoubtedly played brilliantly and showcased to the world why they should be other favorites for the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup event.
Although the Pakistani team already broke the curse of not winning any ODI series in South Africa, after the outstanding performance by the greens in the final ODI match.
Before the3rd ODI, some controversies were held against the South African wicketkeeper Quinton De Kock, where he distracted Fakhar Zaman while he was at 193.
With the ODI series victory, the Greens headed straight to a shorter format with the same form and kept the consistency.
Intense T20 Match Begins:
The home team won the toss and decided to bat first. The opening partnership took the charge with Aiden Markram scored a half-century and the skipper then joined him in the half-century category. With such high-class batting skills, Proteas dominated and managed to build up the momentum with 188 runs.
The Bowlers also played an important in stopping the proteas before they reach above 200.
But before that, Muhammad Nawaz already damaged the home side, when he broke the opening partnership and also made Aiden Markram walk to the pavilion.
The target seemed impossible to chase, because it’s one of the highest T20 score for Pakistani side. Muhammed Rizwan stood tall against the South African bowlers, scored 74 not out, and took his team to the victory.
Except Muhammed Rizwan none of the players stood with him for a good partnership. Pakistan cricket team won the match with 1 ball and that’s the relaxation for the visitors.

Pakistan Cricket team is known for their unpredictable performances, setting records, and stun the world.
After the win against South Africa, the Greens with the 100th win have become the first team to win the 100 T20 matches, Pakistan showed the world, that shorter format made for them to dominate other teams even at opponent’s home ground too.

Praising Babar Azam:
While talking to ESPN, the former Pakistani captain and head coach Misbah Ul Haq praised Babar Azam,
“Though he doesn’t have much experience as a captain, this performance will allow him to get better. The way he has worked on his game in white-ball cricket or even Tests shows he is a good learner. He has cricketing sense and with more experience as a captain, he will improve his strategic moves.”
Pakistani young side exhibited their true class and secured victories. No one expected, that they would win an ODI series at Proteas home ground.
