We’re talking about toxicity — the kind that metastasizes, and creates uncertainty in your life. Some people could be just knowingly annoying or simply unpleasant but not toxic. Similarly, for a toxic family member, you will need to work on a little bit, but cutting them off doesn’t apply here.

However, it’s impossible for toxic people to completely sabotage your happiness and progress, but it wouldn’t be wrong to say that it is harmful.
