Usually, chicken or mutton is served with Raita and Nan. The main ingredients of this tempting food are lamb meat or chicken, rice (optional), vinegar, red chili powder, black pepper, salt, garlic, lemon, Ajwain, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, and oil.
