However, many individuals may not tolerate a high amount of caffeine. This could be due to different mental health problems. Similarly, those individuals that have difficulty controlling their blood pressure may want to take coffee in moderation.

Pregnant women are also advised to take less than 200mg of caffeine. This is mainly because caffeine passes through the placenta into the fetus. As a result, it is better to drink coffee in moderation.
