The viral video of Saba Qamar and Bilal Saeed in the Wazir Khan Mosque, Lahore left everybody enraged. Many started to call out the insensitiveness involved and the violation of sanctity that both the stars were doing. Petitions started to sign and Saba Qamar herself started to trend wildly on Twitter and social media platforms as people started to call her out.
As a matter of fact, the star faced massive backlash and within minutes she was even losing fandom in masses. Although the duo management of Wazir Khan mosque is equally to blame for their negligence, the Twitterati’s aren’t going slow on the actress’s stance on the matter. Many are requesting again and again to officials and authorities to condemn the matter.

Some have even gone as far as to questioning Qamar’s morals and values.

While many are also coming out to support Saba Qamar provided the situation and also stating that there are more authorities to blame other than only the actress; things are not looking good for both of the stars.

Qamar apologizes for the viral video!
Although, as soon she started receiving backlash, Saba took to social media and apologized for the stance. She even mentioned that she is apologetic if they had hurt anyone’s feelings.

Regardless of the apology, people are not willing to forgive the duo as of yet. Hence, frequent complaints and knock on authorities and officials doors have finally woken CM Punjab to take action on the matter and condemn the actions.

Finally, CM Punjab has taken notice of the matter and has asked the respect ‘Auqaf authorities’ to provide him with an entire report and briefings.
CM Punjab Usman Buzdar has mentioned that all in the shooting will be dealt with adequately. As of now, no such inadequacy that may cause hurt or harm to the culture of Pakistan will not be tolerated. Regardless of the person who has been involved in it.
He adds that the role of a mosque is very sacred in Islam; and people involved in this entire act will be dealt with strictly.
However, nothing can be said as of now, we hope that this entire scenario resolves down soon. Saba Qamar is known to have been cast in bold roles and is often playing the role of a warrior or a lionheart lady. We hope that she is capable of correcting her image once more in society and coming out strong.
