Ma Hui, aged 35, consumed 4.5 litres of water and spouted it continuously for an impressive 5 minutes and 51.88 seconds, far surpassing the previous record of 56.36 seconds set by Kirubel Yilma from Ethiopia in 2016. The Guinness World Records posted a video of this incredible accomplishment on their Instagram page, displaying Ma Hui drinking the water and spitting it into a bucket continuously for the designated time.
