Thomas Tuchel played an amazing line-up against the visitors, although knowing that their almighty Sergio Ramos has come back to defend his territory.

By then Real Madrid got aggressive and started attempting shots. Édouard Mendy one of the promising signing for Chelsea didn’t let his team down with some outstanding saves, which surprised most of the critics and fans as well.

Madrid was trying to hold the ball possession as much as they could, but that wasn’t worth it at all.

In the 85th minute, the Champions League dreams shattered for the only Spanish club left in the champions league when Mason Mount scored a goal and gave his side the double strong lead.

It’s the big thing for Thomas Tuchel, entered in the mid-season when Frank Lampard was sacked and since then he led the team like a true manager.

The outcome is in front of everyone, he became the first-ever coach to led two different teams in the UCL final in two consecutive years.

“They deserve to win, Real Madrid is always dangerous, they can turn nothing into goals. So, to hang in there, even when you have chances and miss them, they never lost concentration, focus, and positive energy on the pitch. This was a huge performance.”

On the other side, Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane said, “They deserved the win. We fought and tried but they deserved to win and go through.

“The players who have played were fit to play. I’m proud of my boys: we tried, we have got this far – just one game from the final. Chelsea played a great match and have gone through and we have to say well done to them.

“We needed to be better going forward. We didn’t have any clear chances, they made a number of them and that’s football. Now we rest and think of La Liga.

“Of course we’re not happy. When you lose a semi-final you can’t be happy and that’s normal. It’s tough to take, but tomorrow we’ll be back out on the training pitch ready to go again.”

Now on 30th May 2021, Manchester City will clash against their Premier League rivals Chelsea who already beaten them in the Fa Cup semi-final.

Both managers worked hard to led their team to this stage and reached this stage after a long period. Who will be the most dominant football club in Europe?
