Many celebrities and other film fraternity spoke up about the insiders versus outsiders debate in Bollywood. Sushant’s death did not only unveil the issue of mental health but also the dark side of the seemingly glamorous world of Bollywood.
On June 14, Sushant ended his life by hanging himself in his Mumbai residence. Since then, the Mumbai Police have been investigating the case thoroughly. In addition to this, they have recorded the statements of more than 30 people, regarding Sushant’s death.
Moreover, the actor’s sudden death has left his fans and well-wishers absolutely devastated and shocked to the core. In fact, it has also led to the majority of them still unconvinced that he died due to suicide. Many debates and controversies are circulating on the Internet. People are not willing to concur with the fact that no foul play had a part in his death.
Fans appealed to Prime Minister Modi to initiate a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) case. On Thursday, Rajya Sabha MP and BJP leader Subramanian Swamy announced on Twitter that advocate Ishkaran Bhandari is asked to “look into facts of Sushant Singh Rajput death case and see whether it’s a fit case for CBI investigation.”

Prevalence of nepotism in the film industry
The exposé of the darker side of the industry has led to pointing fingers at certain Bollywood bigwigs for Sushant’s death. Recently, advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha filed a complaint against filmmakers in connection to the late actor’s demise. These include Karan Johar, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Salman Khan, Ekta Kapoor, and four others in Bihar.
Maharashtra Cabinet Minister Jitendra Awhad demands a thorough inquiry of his death-
‘No newcomer should go through such torture’
In addition to this, a number of stories regarding Sushant getting replaced, and sacked from films are being talked about. As nothing is officially confirmed as yet, what hid behind the smile of the late actor is still unclear.

Former Cabinet Minister Subramanian Swamy further added another tweet:
Presently in the Sushant Rajput case, Ishkaran is looking to see if Sections 306 and/or 308 of India Penal Code read with Article 21 of the Constitution is applicable. That is, whether accepting the Police version of it being a suicide, was the Actor driven to it?

Meanwhile, Sushant’s last movie Dil Bechara seems to be an adaptation of the Fault in Our Stars. The movie is all set for an OTT release. Watching him being so lively and dancing in the video of the song Dil Bechara, has certainly stirred up some emotions.
