As shocking allegations of sexual misconduct continue to surface, one form of harassment is becoming more common. No, it is not a physical assault. Nor does it necessarily involve men using sexual language. Instead, an obnoxious man jerks off in front of unwilling women made to witness the act.
By making women feel uncomfortable and making their minds believe that public spaces are only for men, such people are not only reviving patriarchy through shameful and disgusting means, but they are also instilling fear into the minds of women.
It is no news that a man doing such an act anywhere is unacceptable. A man masturbating in broad daylight in public transport is not acceptable. Never. Unfortunately, such incidents continue to emerge.
Lately, a woman on a public bus filmed a bus conductor jerking off right in front of her. As it appears, the woman captured the man in the act while pretending to be on a call. The incident occurred in the broad daylight at 1 pm on a bus that was traveling from Sadwal village to Lahore.

What could be going on in the minds of the men who feel the urge to masturbate in front of women?
Although the scientific literature does not say much about this particular kind of behavior, it does, however, address exhibitionist disorder. Someone act on an urge to display, fondle or stimulate themselves in front of a stranger. The disorder is one of the paraphilias.
It is a “recurrent, intense, sexually arousing fantasies, urges, or behaviors that are distressing or disabling and that involve inanimate objects, children or nonconsenting adults, or suffering or humiliation of oneself or the partner with the potential to cause harm”.

In another similar incident, a guy allegedly associated with a political party was seen jerking off in his car. The worst part is that despite knowing that they are being recorded, these sick creatures do not even bother stopping.
